Children’s day in Brazil is a big celebration, children are used to receive toys, sweets and participate in awesome parties. With the help of the Rocinha library, which allowed us to organize parties on their terrace, on October 14th we organized a party. On Friday, after having learned to create kites with tissue paper and bamboo canes, the children made them fly. After, we organized various games; the girls dedicated themselves to the creation of costume jewelery, and played games, moreover, there was a corner for the children’s make-up and water tattoos. There were about 50 children who were also joined by other children who were inside the library. At the end of the activities, after a yummy snack with hot dogs and juice, the distribution of jars of Nutella took place
